Your company or communications agency would like to set up an internet radio station for a marketing campaign, with the aim of promoting a brand or product, or would like to broadcast a live stream of a commercial event on your website or on social media.
Conditions of the Authorisation
Behind every track you play, there are songwriters and composers. The law protects their work. Your Sacem Authorisation gives you access to their repertoire, with complete legal certainty. The royalties you pay go directly to them and reward their creative work.
Criteria
- You are an adult or the legal representative of a minor or a person under guardianship or administration.
- Your authorisation is granted in respect of the reproduction rights and representation rights for the purpose of streaming. Your listeners are not permitted to:
– download the works comprising the programme,
– to alter the composition of the programme with a view to modifying or personalising it,
– to select parts of the programme in order to access the works comprising it individually at a time of their choosing.
- The authorisation is granted for France, Luxembourg and Monaco.
- The authorisation does not cover moral rights or derivative rights such as the right of arrangement, the right of adaptation, the right of translation, etc. Nor does it cover Related rights.
