You wish to make audiovisual works available for download and/or on-demand viewing exclusively via a subscription service, as well as extracts from those works for preview purposes.

Conditions of the Authorisation

Reproducing a work requires the prior consent of its authors. The SDRM issues this authorisation for the Sacem repertoire via a single form. The royalties you pay go to the creators and publishers. For works covered by Scam or SACD, please contact these organisations directly.

Criteria
- This authorisation is granted in respect of the reproduction rights and the representation rights.
- This authorisation does not, in particular, cover moral rights or derivative rights such as the right to arrange, the right to adapt, the right to translate, etc. Nor does it cover Related rights.
- You are of legal age or the legal representative of a minor or a person under guardianship or trusteeship.
Prices
- Authors’ remuneration is equal to 3.75 per cent of the service subscription price and may not be less than a minimum royalty of:
  – €0.14 excluding VAT* per subscriber per month for a subscription allowing simultaneous access to the service on a single screen.
  – €0.20 excluding VAT* per subscriber per month for a subscription allowing simultaneous access to the service on two or more screens.
* plus applicable levies and taxes (VAT and broadcaster’s levies)
- The rate of 3.75 per cent is reduced to 3 per cent where the number of subscribers to the service is fewer than one million
- These rates do not apply to a service dedicated to music videos and/or concert recordings.

Would you like to receive the Authorisation contract for your subscription-based video-on-demand service?
We would be grateful if you could email the following to vod@sacem.fr:
• URL for your subscription video on demand (SVOD) service
• Launch date of your service
• Type of videos provided by your service: films, series, documentaries, animation, plays, sport, etc.
• Subscription price
• Estimated revenue and number of subscribers
• A certified copy of your company’s registration document
• Name and position of the contract signee
