You wish to offer music and/or music videos for streaming on a pay-per-view basis, either free of charge or funded exclusively by advertising.

Conditions of Authorisation and fees

The authorisation is valid for France, Luxembourg and Monaco.

From €50.00 (excl. VAT) per year, the authorisation issued by Sacem allows you to stream music on your website.

For a service offering music streaming and/or video playback on a per-track basis, with an annual turnover of between €0 and €20,000 excluding VAT, the applicable rate depends on the number of plays:
– Up to 16,000 plays: €50 (excl. VAT) per year
– Up to 45,000 plays: €140 (excl. VAT) per year
– Up to 160,000 plays: €480 (excl. VAT) per year
– Up to 350,000 plays: €1,000 (excl. VAT) per year
– Up to 700,000 plays: €2,000 excl. VAT per year
For a music streaming and/or video-on-demand service with an annual turnover exceeding €20,000 excluding VAT, the applicable rate is based on revenue:
– 15 per cent of revenue (including revenue from advertising, partnerships, sponsorship, etc.)
– with a minimum of €0.003 (excl. VAT) per track played.

Do you broadcast commercial recordings (singles, albums, including self-produced ones)? Their producers must give you their Authorisation.
