Are you planning to develop a mobile app that you wish to run on a mobile platform (iOS, Android, etc.)?

Conditions of the Authorisation

Behind every track you play, there are songwriters and composers. The law protects their work. Your Sacem Authorisation gives you access to their repertoire, with complete legal certainty. The royalties you pay go directly to them and reward their creative work.

Criteria
- Your authorisation is granted in respect of the reproduction rights and the representation rights.
- This authorisation does not, in particular, cover moral rights or derivative rights such as the right to arrange, the right to adapt, the right to translate, etc. Nor does it cover Related rights.
- You are an adult or the legal representative of a minor, or of a person under guardianship or trusteeship.

Please could you send us a full description of your project to online@sacem.fr:
• Full description of your mobile app
• Launch date of your app
• Mobile platforms (iOS, Android, etc) on which the application will be available
• Price of your mobile app

Note that

Other authorisations may be required depending on the type of music you wish to use (pre-existing music, commissioned music, etc.)
Do you broadcast commercially available recordings (singles, albums, including self-produced ones)? Their producers must give you their Authorisation. The SCPP (Société Civile des Producteurs Phonographiques) and the SPPF (Société de Collection et de Distribution des Droits des Producteurs) can answer your questions.
